• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing relevant market data and property information.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators to inform investment strategies and decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of investment strategies and asset management initiatives.
• Maintain and update financial models to reflect changes in market conditions and investment performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in real estate investment analysis or a similar financial analysis role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques specific to real estate.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to present information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools; familiarity with real estate software is advantageous.
