Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate financial statements generated by the Fund Administrator.
• Assist in the review and formulation of capital calls and distributions.
• Analyze and condense financial data for reporting purposes.
• Engage in financial budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Review and validate employee expense submissions.
• Support the preparation of wire transfer transactions.
• Reconcile various financial accounts as needed.
• Contribute to the quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist with fund accounting responsibilities, including transaction assessments, capital account management, and investor communications.
• Support the management company’s accounting tasks, such as general ledger upkeep, accruals, and internal financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the CFO to enhance financial processes and procedures.
• Participate in special projects as required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience in Private Equity or Fund Accounting is advantageous.
• CPA certification is preferred.
