Description:
**Responsibilities**

• Manage financial reporting for various funds and properties.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
• Review and analyze property operating statements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for funds and properties.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or investment management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
