Description:
**Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and input journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring financial report accuracy
  • Conduct monthly account reconciliations and analyze balance sheet accounts, documenting flux analysis
  • Create and document policies and procedures
  • Lead process improvement initiatives collaboratively
  • Engage with internal and external auditors
  • Develop a deep understanding of company operations to provide accurate financial statements
  • Participate in various accounting projects and meetings
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure proper expense coding
  • Assist in fixed asset account review and compliance
  • Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance projects
  • Implement accounting policies and procedures
  • Recommend enhancements to policies and procedures for efficiency
  • Adhere to GAAP for financial statements
  • Analyze and interpret financial data
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports for review
  • Support accounting operations with automation and process improvement
  • Work with cross-functional partners to achieve company goals
  • Participate in SOX compliance control testing
  • Conduct variance analysis for accurate financial reporting
  • Identify and implement process improvements for accounting efficiency
  • Respond to financial inquiries by analyzing and summarizing data
  • Perform other assigned duties

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Effective business and financial discernment
  • Strong work ethic and accountability
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organization skills and initiative
