Description:
**Responsibilities:**

• Prepare complex monthly and quarterly journal entries, including equity fair value pick-ups and P&L entries.
• Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Analyze P&L transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Record monthly revenue entries and investigate variances to forecast.
• Analyze product profitability and ensure consistent expense allocation.
• Manage equity co-investment activity, including capital entries.
• Handle regional intercompany transactions related to compensation, insurance, and overhead allocations.
• Review and complete transactional accounting tasks with shared service organizations.
• Prepare AR analysis and monitor outstanding AR.
• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and internal control reviews.
• Participate in various projects, including system implementations.

**Qualifications:**

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across different areas and regions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with financial systems and ad-hoc reporting.
