In this role, you would drive key financial reporting, analysis, and consolidation activities across our retail operations, gaining valuable experience in scenario analysis, forecasting, and long-range planning.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct analysis of financial outcomes compared to budgets, forecasts, and previous periods, highlighting significant trends, variances, and risks.
- Aid in creating financial models for scenario analysis, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Deliver ad hoc reports and financial analyses to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and consolidation, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required. CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, with experience in ERP systems (NetSuite) and analytical tools (Looker).
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, independently resolve issues, and offer data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
