Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly and quarterly analysis of variances, focusing on revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), and operating expenses.
• Assist in the monthly financial closing process and reporting activities.
• Develop and present financial presentations and reports.
• Support the budgeting process and reforecasting efforts by integrating historical data and performing scenario analyses.
• Evaluate and model production economics, analyzing manufacturing costs and their impact on margins.
• Work collaboratively across departments to identify business challenges and operational drivers.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making in areas such as capital expenditure planning, workforce management, and selling, general, and administrative expenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Proficient in Excel with advanced analytical capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited resources.
• Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to create executive-level presentations.
• Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving approach and the ability to work autonomously.
