Leading Real Estate Investment Trust is searching for a FP&A Analyst to develop financial models in Argus at the property level.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update lease activity in Argus and maintain individual property models to show the financial impact on both Cash and GAAP NOI.
• Assist in the quarterly and year-end financial closes, including reviewing quarterly financial trends and providing flux analysis.
• Manage the Master Rent Roll for the assigned portfolio and provide support for financial reporting.
• Assist in the annual budget preparation through review of property-level revenue and capital spend for accuracy and analyze comparative models for final presentation to the executive team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years of work experience in Real Estate
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Real Estate Modeling (e.g. Argus)
• Knowledge of Real Estate Accounting Software (e.g. MRI)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects timely and accurately
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Focused self-starter with a polished and professional demeanor
