Description:
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the VP Controller and Internal Control Manager to identify and address issues in all processes across departments to enhance internal efficiency and operations.
- Provide business recommendations to departments for process improvement.
- Assist the ERP team in the global implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and utilize all system functions.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to enhance finance and accounting processes for data accuracy and meeting deadlines.
**Qualifications**
- Must have a bachelor’s degree and previous experience in SOX Internal Controls at a CPA firm.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the COSO framework.
- Extensive experience in internal audits or controls for global entities and international teams.
- Understanding of industries like construction or environmental businesses is beneficial.
- Strong project management skills and leadership to drive process improvements company-wide.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with all departments and regions.
- Aptitude for cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
