Description:
**Responsibilities**

• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting for real estate acquisitions utilizing Argus, Excel, and Yardi.
• Create, update, and manage financial models, pro formas, and working budgets for acquisitions, leasing, and asset management projects.
• Evaluate loans, leasing, and perform NPV, credit, and NOI analysis.
• Review loan documents, pledges, and guarantees for NPL investments.
• Conduct market research.
• Collaborate with various teams to execute strategic initiatives that enhance asset value and financial performance.
• Assist in due diligence, financing, investor reporting, and property dispositions.
• Lead efforts to streamline processes and enhance decision-making accuracy.
• Support quarterly financial meetings and investor relations through report and presentation preparation.
• Take on additional projects to support the growth of the real estate portfolio.

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, focusing on real estate.
• Proficiency in Argus, Excel, and familiarity with Yardi.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial modeling, and real estate finance.
• Experience in debt fund or private equity firm preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and success in relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to solve complex problems.
