Senior Manager, Fund Accounting

A third-party fund administrator with very reputable real estate clients and they're looking for someone with your background. The position offers a great quality of life, competitive compensation, and the option to work fully remote if needed. The ideal candidate would have some exposure to Yardi and a background in real estate fund accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Support for Property, Fund, and Management Company reporting across several real estate platforms
• Full cycle quarterly reporting including preparing and or reviewing supporting schedules and financial statements using a combination of tax basis and fair value investment company basis
• Oversee client lender reporting compliance
• Review payable allocations for invoices allocated across platforms/clients
• Prepare/Review monthly liquidity and cash projections
• Review contribution, distribution, income/incentive allocations, and quarterly reporting packages
• Review wire/ACH payments prepared on behalf of clients
• Assist with client quarter and year-end audit/tax requests
• Mentor and provide guidance for accounting and administrative staff
• adhoc requests as needed

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience
• Knowledge of private equity structuring a plus
• Real estate private equity experience is a plus
• GAAP and tax reporting a plus
• Previous experience with Yardi and Quickbooks is preferred, but not required
• CPA license preferred, but not required
• Experience with Yardi Voyage a plus
• Exceptional Excel skills
