Description:
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with fund documents, advisory agreements, and legal requirements for Real Estate Income funds/products.
- Participate in the setup and reconciliation of complex transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage liquidity by preparing distributions and drawdowns from debt and equity sources.
- Oversee auditors, custodians, prime brokers, and fund administrators for financial reporting.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, with 2 years in investment management.
- Expertise in Real Estate funds as an asset class.
- Understanding of investment management operations and performance.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL and PowerBI is a plus.
