Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidated process for preparing and issuing precise invoices to clients based on established service agreements.
• Evaluate incoming revenue streams and assess income against expenses to provide operational insights and identify potential revenue opportunities.
• Examine billing practices and procedures to ensure accurate revenue recognition and invoicing.
• Prepare for financial audits by ensuring compliance with procedures in revenue reporting and collections.
• Assist in compiling weekly financial reviews and contribute to comprehensive financial analyses.
• Record monthly revenue and cost accruals as part of the financial closing process and analyze month-over-month variances.
• Avoid payment delays by promptly addressing account inquiries and complaints.
• Present financial analyses to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and best practices in billing management.
• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior team members and collaborating with other departments to enhance processes.
• Support the implementation of technological solutions aimed at improving the billing process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or statistics.
• A minimum of four years of experience in operational and financial analysis or related accounting and finance roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• In-depth understanding of revenue metrics, including rate economics and gross margin interpretation.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, data analysis, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Solid knowledge of accounting practices and industry regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
