Overview: Pacific Executive Search has been engaged on a search for a Senior Tax Accountant/Tax Manager in the South Bay area, with 4 days a week in office. This role will focus on partnership, individual, estate, and gift taxation, providing the opportunity to expand your tax expertise across various areas within the Apparel Fashion Footwear industry. Description:
**Responsibilities**
- Handle partnership, individual, estate, and gift taxation responsibilities.
- Assist with accounting related projects due to potential lack of full-time tax work.
- Review and coordinate information for tax compliance, completed returns, and tax notices with outside CPA.
- Provide assistance with tax planning and other related tasks.
- Utilize accounting system software as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field.
- Preferably experienced in partnership and individual tax, with some exposure to estate and gift taxation.
- Ability to work in a broad skill set environment.
- Familiarity with accounting system software is a plus.
- Compensation range estimated at $150K – $175K, depending on candidate qualifications.
