Description:
**Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the activities of equity compensation administration.
  • Create various reports to support financial disclosures and SEC filings.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate plan participant and equity data.
  • Manage equity award activities and processes.
  • Conduct audits, analysis, and reconciliations of data.
  • Work with Finance on forecasting and budgeting equity compensation.
  • Coordinate with audit partners and respond to inquiries.
  • Assist with tax-related support requests.
  • Implement and manage SOX controls for equity.
  • Stay updated on regulations and implement necessary changes for compliance.
  • Manage relationships with third-party stock transfer agent.
  • Provide customer service to plan participants and partners.
  • Handle communications and requests with Class B Unit holders.
  • Manage participant education materials.
  • Participate in or lead other projects as needed.

**Qualifications**

  • 5+ years of stock administration experience in a U.S. public company.
  • Strong attention to detail and self-audit capabilities.
  • Experience in a dynamic organization.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and accountable.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with stock plan administrative platforms like E*TRADE/Equity Edge Online.
  • CEP license.
