Responsibilities

• Process Payments:
  • Input and verify payment transactions to ensure precision and promptness.
  • Resolve discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to address issues.
• Cash Forecasting & Management:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive cash flow forecasts to guarantee sufficient liquidity for operational requirements.
  • Examine cash trends, track variances, and offer insights to enhance cash management strategies.
• General Ledger Posting:
  • Accurately record all treasury-related transactions in the General Ledger in compliance with GAAP.
  • Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure records are precise and current.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting:
  • Generate detailed reports on cash positions, forecasting assumptions, and treasury operations for senior leadership.
  • Provide analytical support for budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying areas for process enhancements.
• Process Improvement & Compliance:
  • Identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in treasury operations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Accounting and other finance team members to support the overall financial strategy.
  • Effectively communicate with external stakeholders, including banks and auditors.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or financial analysis roles, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
• Skills:
  • Strong expertise in payment processing, cash forecasting, and General Ledger operations.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote work setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are advantageous.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic software or gaming industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automated treasury management systems and ERP software is desirable.
