Our growing client in the San Fernando Valley area seeks a Tax Professional Administrator to help assemble tax returns.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble tax returns, which involves downloading tax documents, editing and electronically filing.
  • Scanning and photocopying tax returns and documents
  • Prepare and mail tax organizers for tax season
  • Track tax engagement letters
  • Assemble and mail client copies
  • Respond to tax team’s requests
  • Oversee due date monitoring and job scheduling

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a tax administrative professional in a professional firm environment
    We strongly prefer someone from a mid-to-large sized local CPA or law firm
  • Experience in a paperless office
  • Prior experience with a CPA firm preferred
