Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage annual fund audits in collaboration with external auditors.
• Oversee the creation of consolidated financial statements for all funds and transactions.
• Lead relationships with banking institutions and manage cash operations.
• Maintain custody of finalized transaction and loan documentation.
• Take ownership of the finance and operations lifecycle for each transaction, ensuring a smooth transition to investor reporting.
• Supervise functions related to fund administration and fund accounting.
• Work closely with tax and compliance advisors to guarantee full regulatory adherence.
• Act as the primary contact for oversight and management of entities.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or fund operations.
• Experience in the real estate sector is essential, ideally with knowledge of both fund-level and direct transaction accounting.
• Background in Big 4 or a reputable regional public accounting firm is highly desirable.
• CPA certification is strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
