Overview: Pacific Executive Search has been engaged on a search for a Director of Operations in the Financial Services - Venture Capital/Private Equity industry, based in Downtown LA. You would be responsible for overseeing the west coast multi-family portfolio, reporting to the head of operations, and traveling approximately one week out of the month. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in managing a significant AUM portfolio and ensuring operational efficiency in a dynamic and growing organization. You would find this position to be a great next step in your career as it offers the chance to take on new responsibilities in a lighter role focused on operational audits and SOP compliance for a multi-family portfolio worth 1.5B AUM. Description: **Responsibilities**

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multi-family properties
Develop and implement strategies to maximize property performance
Manage property budgets and financial performance
Supervise property managers and maintenance staff
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Implement and maintain effective resident retention programs
Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years of experience in property management
Strong knowledge of property management software
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation preferred
