I am hiring for a Manager, Technical Accounting and Reporting to join a global investment banking and financial advisory firm’s Finance team. This role will partner closely with senior accounting leadership and take the lead on technical accounting matters, U.S. GAAP policy development, and documentation for complex transactions such as acquisitions, debt issuances, and capital markets activity.
