Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Fund Administrator on daily cash management, including capital calls, investments, distributions, and management fee calculations.
• Calculate carried interest for the funds.
• Prepare financial statements and partner capital reports for internally managed funds.
• Engage with the Fund Administrator regarding externally managed funds and co-investments.
• Support the coordination of audits for funds and co-investments.
• Assist in the closing of investment deals.
• Oversee and review valuations of the private equity portfolio.
• Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts.
• Process wire transfers and related journal entries.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor the accounting mailbox and respond to investor inquiries on a daily basis.
• Help prepare presentations and quarterly letters for limited partners.
• Assist with various fundraising requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Approximately one to three years of experience in public accounting.
