Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages in compliance with GAAP standards.
• Assist in developing fund-level and project-level financial models and business plans to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage system integration and enhance investor reporting for high-net-worth and institutional investors.
• Oversee cash management and corporate treasury services to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability.
• Coordinate effectively with third-party accounting teams, tax consultants, and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Foster collaborative relationships with investment partners and internal teams to drive financial performance.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills and accounting software, such as Yardi, to streamline financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate industry.
• Strong academic credentials with a CPA designation preferred.
• Exceptional technical accounting skills and a solid foundation in financial analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software systems, including Yardi.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to take ownership of financial matters and drive tasks to completion.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite.
• Knowledge of acquisition integration and revenue recognition principles, including ASC-742.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
