Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies that leverage SAP CRM, rights systems, Salesforce, and cloud architecture to enhance sales and distribution capabilities.
• Lead integration and transformation initiatives for enterprise sales and rights systems, optimizing processes and reducing costs.
• Oversee system maintenance and enhancements, ensuring robust performance and seamless integration across platforms.
• Manage software upgrades and system migrations, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Direct large-scale projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, delivering results on time and within budget.
• Establish comprehensive user support and training programs to promote high adoption and satisfaction across all systems.
• Champion innovation and automation initiatives, utilizing AI and cloud technologies to optimize business processes and enhance rights management.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of IT leadership experience, particularly in media, entertainment, or similar sectors.
• Extensive experience with SAP CRM, rights systems, Salesforce, and cloud architecture design.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record in software upgrades and system migrations.
• Advanced knowledge of system integration, data architecture, and cloud security.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Certifications in SAP, rights systems, Salesforce, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS).
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with compliance and security standards in data protection.
