Applications Lead, SAP FI/CO

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI/CO solutions, collaborating with developers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Design, test, and implement SAP FI/CO solutions that streamline financial processes across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Fixed Assets, Taxation, and Special Purpose Ledger.
• Lead configuration activities and enhancements within the SAP FI/CO landscape, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of Finance, Accounting, Rights Management, and Sales Operations.
• Support finance and accounting projects, including SAP system upgrades, ensuring data integrity and compliance with audit requirements.
• Develop functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) and work with developers on enhancements and reporting.
• Train end-users and create comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and system usage.

Qualifications

• Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Must-Have: Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO, demonstrating strong functional knowledge across GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets, Taxation, and Special Purpose Ledger.
• Must-Have: Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and familiarity with Rights Management Systems.
• Must-Have: Knowledge of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
• Nice-to-Have: Experience with Fiori apps related to FICO processes and a background in the Media and Entertainment industry.
• Nice-to-Have: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Nice-to-Have: A conceptual thinker with the ability to create compelling solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
