Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform management decisions and drive business performance.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reporting packages and quarterly materials for board meetings and investors.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
• Analyze product lines and customer segments to identify performance drivers and forecast future trends.
• Collaborate on business cases for new initiatives, product launches, and acquisitions.
• Develop and refine financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting efforts.
• Identify margin improvement opportunities through pricing strategies and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Must-Have: 3+ years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, consulting, or a similar analytical role in a fast-paced environment.
• Must-Have: Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets) and strong financial modeling skills.
• Must-Have: Familiarity with data extraction and transformation from tools such as QuickBooks and Salesforce; experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Must-Have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
