Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Manage the integration of acquisitions, ensuring seamless financial consolidation and reporting.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis initiatives, driving business growth.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with ASC-742 and other relevant accounting standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite.
- In-depth understanding of revenue recognition principles and ASC-742.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to drive strategic financial initiatives.
- Nice-to-Have:
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Experience with acquisition integration and financial due diligence.
- Familiarity with advanced financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to leadership.
