Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple funds, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP standards.
Manage quarterly and annual reporting processes, coordinating with external administrators and auditors to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Support fund liquidity management, including cash management, investor capital calls, and distributions.
Coordinate tax-related workflows with internal and external tax teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and respond to investor inquiries for upcoming fund launches.
Ensure compliance with credit facility agreements and regulatory reporting requirements.
Drive process improvements and onboarding of new funds to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration with offshore resources.

Qualifications

Must-Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting, with a strong preference for public accounting (Big 4) or corporate finance experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems such as Geneva or Investran.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with tax compliance and reporting processes.
Knowledge of credit facility management and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and time zones.
