Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses, and LBO models to support investment decisions.
• Assist in the execution of platform investments, add-on acquisitions, exits, and other strategic transactions, ensuring thorough due diligence and analysis.
• Conduct in-depth research on companies, industries, and market trends, particularly within consumer products and media sectors, to inform investment strategies.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, investment memos, and investor materials that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies on analytical projects and strategic initiatives to identify value-creation opportunities.
• Proactively seek ways to add value and improve processes, demonstrating initiative in a lean team environment.
• Engage professionally with management teams, advisors, and investors to foster strong relationships and facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to produce accurate and high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling through data.
• Polished communication skills, comfortable engaging with executives and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
