Description:
**Responsibilities**

  • Ensure compliance with legal and tax documents for investment entities.
  • Analyze deal structures and translate information into accounting systems.
  • Collaborate with tax department to address tax holdback requirements.
  • Ensure proper funding allocations for multi-fund deals.
  • Review partner class allocations and entity expenses.
  • Approve wires for fundings, seedings, and upstreams.
  • Review books for investment entities and reconcile trial balances.
  • Coordinate with internal and external tax preparers for filings.
  • Monitor and report on blocker notes and third-party debt.
  • Provide oversight and training to accounting team.
  • Review profit and loss allocations and capital activity.
  • Work on process and technology improvement projects.
  • Perform other necessary tasks.

**Qualifications**

  • 9-11 years of experience in public or private accounting or tax.
  • Strong knowledge of private credit or private equity investments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with partnership structures and tax considerations.
