Description:
**Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with business partners and key stakeholders to predict shipping costs by carrier and mode in various geographic locations
  • Work with the Vice President of Operations, People & Culture, and Transportation to forecast and budget labor expenses for FN Logistics
  • Assist operations team in developing unit capacity plans based on sales, unit, and order volumes
  • Create transportation and labor management dashboards and financial KPI scorecards for department heads and senior leaders
  • Develop intricate financial models to assess new strategic initiatives, such as ROI analysis on shipping and logistics
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance productivity, process efficiency, and automation
  • Manage the transition to new vendors and technology platforms with Accounting and Operations teams
  • Train and mentor new Financial Analysts on systems, projects, policies, and best practices

**Qualifications**

  • Minimum of four years experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, with the ability to identify and address incomplete or inaccurate data
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate complex data and issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in large-scale data mining and reporting tools, such as SQL, MS Access, Essbase, and Cognos
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience in investment banking or consulting
  • Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday during core business hours onsite
