You would be responsible for overseeing the west coast multi-family portfolio, reporting to the head of operations, and traveling approximately one week out of the month. Description:
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multi-family properties
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property performance
- Manage property budgets and financial performance
- Supervise property managers and maintenance staff
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Implement and maintain effective resident retention programs
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of property management software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation preferred
