Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pricing vendors and auditors, to ensure compliance with the firm’s valuation policies and pricing matrix.
• Conduct analytical reviews and problem-solving for securities pricing, verifying the accuracy of pricing feeds and their impact on funds.
• Analyze and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly pricing reports to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• Research and validate pricing for new and existing securities, addressing stale prices and variances to maintain quality control.
• Engage with senior management and various departments to resolve pricing differences and support complex security issues.
• Prepare and present ad-hoc reports and facilitate valuation committee meetings, delivering insights on pricing results.
• Assist auditors with valuation-related inquiries, providing necessary documentation and support for fund accounting.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience in a CPA firm or fund administration.
• Proficiency in complex Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with financial modeling or valuation methodologies.
• Familiarity with pricing systems and valuation software.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to securities pricing.
