Responsibilities

• Manage all core accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance and month-end close processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statement preparation for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee audits and address technical accounting issues to maintain compliance.
• Handle revenue recognition and royalty accounting, ensuring proper financial treatment.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable, ensuring efficient subledger reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
  • Extensive experience in multi-entity and consolidation accounting.
  • Proficiency in managing intercompany transactions and foreign entity operations.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.
• Nice-to-Have:
  • CPA certification or equivalent public accounting background.
  • Experience in the entertainment, media, or gaming industries.
  • Familiarity with inventory accounting due to merchandise and physical product entities.
