Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals (1040), partnerships (1065), S-Corporations (1120S), and corporations (1120), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in tax planning and advisory services tailored to high-net-worth clients, contributing to their financial success.
• Organize and enhance tax workpapers to improve efficiency and accuracy in the preparation process.
• Support ongoing tax workflow processes throughout the year, including proactive management of workpapers.
• Collaborate directly with Managers and Partners on client engagements, fostering strong professional relationships.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and address tax-related inquiries.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, maintaining high standards of quality and detail.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• 3–6 years of public accounting tax experience.
• CPA or CPA-eligible status.
• Strong proficiency in preparing individual and business tax returns.
• Solid understanding of tax compliance and foundational tax planning concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients or complex entities.
• Familiarity with advanced tax planning strategies and compliance regulations.
